bSUMMIT consists of two parts. The first part is Launch Night, a fun evening designed to prepare Scouts for the Course by learning more about leadership and building connections with their bSUMMIT Patrol and Mentors.

The second part is the Course itself, for which Patrols travel to a secret location in regional Victoria or outer Melbourne. Here, Scouts undertake a weekend of activities and challenges, all designed to grow their leadership and personal skills while also creating opportunities to explore the unknown and foster new friendships. Activities are focused on skill development, practical application, solidifying learnings, and providing space for reflection.
